His Almighty Power

Mar 2, 2020 | Discipleship

1 Corinthians 2:5 TPT
For God intended that your faith not be established on man’s wisdom but by trusting in his almighty power.

God is at work in every circumstances, challenges and situations of our lives, if only we could see what God is doing.

The Bible says its the mighty power of God that we need to rely upon. Paul is saying to the church in Corinth that his intention was not to preach with wise and eloquent words, but with power. Man’s wisdom doesn’t have the power to build faith, but if we can demonstrate God’s power at work in our lives, in the city and nation then that is something that we can build our life on.

Many wise men and philosophers in the history have shared their wisdom which now have become the faith of people, but Apostle Paul here says that its futile to rely on man’s wisdom.

There is only one thing that will impress the heart of God, only one way through which you can have a relationship with God, one thing that will take you from eternal death, that is the faith in the finished work of Jesus Christ on the cross.

This faith doesn’t come through human wisdom or by experiencing goosebumps in church but it comes by constantly relying on the mighty power of God and trusting in what God is doing in our lives today.

Are you at the verge of giving up on your faith? This is a reminder to you that God is still working for you.

The power of God that is being released through this spoken word will reach out to your homes and your situations and will release a miracle for you today and will destroy every limitations and boundaries that you have built around.

The Lord is about to demonstrate how powerful, glorious and how much He truly loves you. Stretch out your faith and name you problem and your miracle and receive it right now.

May the power of God break out for your children today and may there be testimonies of your goodness and mercy.
