Saul was Refreshed

Nov 13, 2019 | Evangelism

1 Samuel 16:23 KJV
And it came to pass, when the evil spirit from God was upon Saul, that David took an harp, and played with his hand: so Saul was refreshed, and was well, and the evil spirit departed from him.

This is a reminder for you today that wherever God has placed you in your life, He has a plan for you.

King Saul was filled with demonic spirits that led him to do all that was against God. And this was the environment that David was placed to work as a musician and later got appointed as his armour bearer. Inspite of being in such an environment, David din’t give up but remained faithful and continued to serve his master.

And because he was faithful in the little things, God used David that whenever he played the harp, Saul would be set free.

God used David’s anointing to help and bless Saul.

This is a hope for all those who are not necessarily working in a positive environment.

There is an anointing shut in you, the faithfulness of God that is working through you and a sweet aroma that will be released through you today through which the people around you will be set free and have a revelation of who God is.

Do not be discouraged because God knows what you need and your ability to bear and so He appointment you to be where you are right now. So if you’d just trust Him to lead you through the way everyday, though you may seem weak, you will be a strong weapon when you are in His hands.
